The Real Estate Investment Conference in Turkey concluded its proceedings with the participation of a select group of business leaders, investors, and experts, along with representatives of real estate companies. The conference discussed the future of the real estate market and its investment prospects in Istanbul.
During his address, Mr. Hossam Khurshid, CEO of Go Smart and Chairman of the Conference, emphasized that the conference, held on the 15th of Ramadan, was part of the company’s comprehensive vision to support the real estate sector. He added that it stemmed from the shared responsibility of the private sector in guiding real estate investment towards the public good and sustainable development.
He further stated that the success of the investment experience in Turkey is not merely an individual gain, but also directly reflects on the reputation of investment in Turkey and strengthens the confidence of regional and international markets.
Speaking about the signing of memoranda of understanding with several investment companies, Hossam Khorshid explained that these steps will contribute to strengthening the exchange of expertise between companies and formulating shared visions that will help shape a more sustainable future for the real estate market in Turkey.

The conference included several panel discussions that addressed the reality of the real estate market in Turkey and its regulatory and planning developments in Istanbul, in addition to analytical readings of the future of new urban expansion areas, especially areas related to strategic projects and modern infrastructure projects.

Dr. Ahmet Aydın, a member of the Turkish Parliament and a founding member of the Justice and Development Party, stated that Turkey is experiencing one of its most important economic and political phases in centuries, noting that the country is witnessing rapid growth, making it a safe and attractive environment for investment.
Professor Irfan Gündüz, a founding member of the Justice and Development Party, also emphasized the importance of strengthening economic cooperation and unity, pointing to the facilities and guarantees offered by the Turkish government to investors. He affirmed that real estate investment in Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, represents a safe and promising opportunity for investors.
For his part, economist and political expert Dr. Yusuf Katipoğlu reviewed the most prominent economic achievements Turkey has made in recent years, emphasizing that the coming period will witness greater openness to foreign investors.
Similarly, Dr. Kamal Ben Jaafar, a media consultant and real estate expert, described the conference as an important economic event, given the issues discussed and the participating figures, stressing that the real estate market in Turkey still holds promising investment opportunities.
Mr. Salam Al-Shawaf, General Manager of Omran Consulting and Investment Group, emphasized the importance of the conference’s timing, given global economic shifts and Turkey’s growing role in the regional and international economy.
For his part, lawyer and human rights advocate Zeki Aritürk highlighted the significance of Turkey’s legal and economic environment, asserting that current laws and regulations are attractive to investors.
The conference concluded with participants emphasizing the importance of continued coordination and cooperation among stakeholders in the real estate sector, contributing to the development of a more mature and sustainable investment environment.
Participants also stressed that the future of real estate investment depends primarily on building trust and delivering genuine value to investors through adherence to professional standards and enhanced transparency and cooperation among all components of the real estate sector in Türkiye.
